Our Roastmaster, John Hornall, is both a scientist and culinary artist. He carefully roasts the beans by sight, smell, and experience alone, to have the greatest mastery over the beans’ flavor. Every single batch is critically evaluated and immediately packaged into airtight bags to ensure a fresh and flavorful cup every time. It takes a lot of hard work and care but it is the only way to guarantee our own very high standard of excellence.
